Vanilla oil is a true joy to use. It can be used in food, for homemade beauty products and in a diffuser blend.

In my book I use this oil in Choc Porridge Mix, Truffles, Salted Tahini Bars and Tim’s Chocolate Cake.

Add vanilla oil to plain yoghurt; no added sugars but an amazing natural sweet flavour.
