I booked onto Sarah’s sourdough course as I wanted to master how to make the perfect sourdough! I have learnt so much in one day it’s unbelievable, how to make focaccia, ciabatta, sourdough and rye bread! Not to mention the gorgeous lunch. Sarah is so knowledgeable, she is able to answer everyone’s questions whilst baking so many different breads! It was such a lovely group, I honestly feel on top of the world. Cannot wait to bake my sourdough bread tomorrow. Cannot recommend this course enough!

I had the most incredible experience attending Sarah Raisbeck’s sourdough course! From the moment we stepped into her beautiful kitchen, we were welcomed into an intimate and hands-on learning environment.
Throughout the day, we mastered four different bakes—Ciabatta, Rye, Country Loaf, and Focaccia—each with expert guidance from Sarah, who made the whole process feel both accessible and inspiring. We even left with two active sourdough starters, ensuring we could continue our bread-making journey at home with confidence.

I run a small cafe and attended a 1:1 Plant-based Sweet Bakes course with Sarah to up my baking game. It was simply perfect; really well organised, packed with different styles of bakes, full of ingenious tips and tricks, all with emphasis on natural, wholefood ingredients. I particularly loved learning how to utilise essential oils for their intense natural flavours and upping my cake decorating skills with beautiful edible flowers and herbs.
