Seedy Oat loaf with cottage cheese

Ingredients


5oog Cottage Cheese

3 Eggs

300g Oats

1 Ts Baking Powder

1/2 Tbsp Salt

50g Flax Seed

50g Pumpkin Seeds

50g Sunflower Seeds

Handful of chopped Olives (optional)


Method

Mix everything together, shape on a lined tin (this loaf isn’t really going to rise, its very easy to shape as pictured below).

Bake for a good hour at 180c. Allow to cool if you can for an hour before eating.
