TWO DAY IMMERSIVE PLANT BASED SWEET BAKES COURSE JANUARY 24th & 25TH £225/PERSON (£75 Deposit on Booking).
A two day course focused on baking plant based sweet treats with Sarah Raisbeck, author of Natural Sweet Bakes.
£75 Non Returnable Deposit on Booking. Remaining £150 to be paid on the day.
Held at her home in Compton, South Devon, near Totnes.
Over the two days you will learn how to make a seasonal biscuit, energised bar, baked sponge cake and raw cake using natural, local (where possible) ingredients, and unrefined sugars.
Before the course starts you will be given a choice of which raw and baked cake you would like to make.
Day One will involve the creation of your treats and Day Two will involve finishing and decorating them.
We will share a plant based feast for lunch on Thursday made by Sarah.
On Thursday you will make a delicious breakfast for Friday which will be a time to ask more questions and talk about how to finish your creations using seasonal fruit and flowers.
Thursday 10-4 and Friday 9.30-12.30. Only four people per course.
