Aunty Rach's Chocolate's.

Sugar Free, Totally Yummy Easy Chocolates.

I have eaten 100% dark chocolate for a long time. I used to pair it with a dried date and toasted hazelnut. Since giving up chocolate I have not eaten dates, now I find them too sweet. I often dip my chocolate in homemade hazelnut butter which is very addictive!

The creamed coconut gives a natural sweetness in this recipe.

Thanks to my sister for this yummy and very simple homemade chocolate recipe.

Ingredients

100g Cacao Butter

65g Creamed Coconut

50g Cacao Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Pinch Salt

Chopped Toasted Hazelnuts (optional)

Raisins (optional)

Chocolate Moulds or a Small Tub

Method

Melt the cacao butter in a bowl over simmering water. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Pour into your moulds and set in the fridge for a few hours.

Make sure the hazelnuts and raisins are evenly distributed if your adding them.

Place into a sealed jar and keep in the fridge.
